Sarah is the creative director and co-founder of Joinery & Design Co., where she leads design, styling, marketing, and social media. With a background in photography, interiors, and fashion, she brings a refined yet approachable style to everything she creates — from beautiful spaces to scroll-stopping content.
She loves partnering with brands to tell authentic stories and often shares her favorite design finds, everyday fashion, and behind-the-scenes life on social media. Her eye for detail and passion for visual storytelling are the heartbeat of the Joinery brand, both online and off.
Dan Pollio
Founder | Director of Construction & Craft
Dan is the founder of Joinery & Design Co., with over two decades of experience in the commercial and residential building industry. From high-end custom cabinetry to full-scale renovations, he brings a depth of expertise across both craftsmanship and construction.
With a strong foresight into project planning and a deep knowledge of materials and structure, Dan is passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and built to stand the test of time. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality are at the core of every Joinery project.
